These terms govern your use of fantasy90.com. By using the site, you agree to them. Fantasy90 is operated from Belgium.

What Fantasy90 is

Fantasy90 provides predicted match results, expected fantasy points, and a squad optimizer for football fantasy games. It's an informational and analytical tool, it does not offer betting advice, gambling services, or guaranteed outcomes of any kind. Predictions are statistical estimates and can be wrong; football is unpredictable, and so are our models.

Independence disclaimer: Fantasy90 is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, UEFA, or any football club or league. "FPL" refers to the Premier League's own official fantasy game, which Fantasy90's tools are built to help you play, but do not represent. All club and league names are used for identification purposes only.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're using Fantasy90 on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, we'll fully delete it within 30 days.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that we reasonably believe are being used for abuse, fraud, or automated scraping.

Payments, subscriptions, and donations

Fantasy90 is currently free to use. Full Predictions, full-season Player xPts, and the Squad Optimizer are all available at no charge. Nothing on the site is currently gated behind a paid plan.

Voluntary donations: you may choose to support Fantasy90 through a one-time, voluntary donation. Donations are optional, don't unlock any additional features or access, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds: payments are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe you were charged in error, or a technical issue prevented you from using a feature you paid for, contact support@fantasy90.com and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Payment processing: all payments and donations are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details, they're handled entirely by Stripe under its own security standards and privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or bulk-extract data from the site.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Fantasy90's systems.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or redistribute Fantasy90's predictions or data as your own product without permission.

No guarantees

Fantasy90 is provided "as is." We do our best to keep predictions, data, and the optimizer accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free data, or any particular fantasy football outcome. Decisions you make in your own fantasy leagues based on Fantasy90's output are your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy90 and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including losses related to fantasy league standings, prizes, or decisions made using our predictions.

Intellectual property

The Fantasy90 name, branding, and site design belong to us. The underlying statistical models and predictions are also ours. Any data you upload or save (such as your own player pool files) remains yours, we don't claim ownership of it.

Third-party services

Fantasy90 uses third-party providers (Supabase, Google, Resend, Netlify, Cloudflare) to operate the site. Your use of features like "Continue with Google" is also subject to that provider's own terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Fantasy90 evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Belgium, unless mandatory local consumer protection law says otherwise.
